This plan includes all-you-can-drink. The course begins with an inventive appetizer selection featuring mini monaka filled with duck pâté, instantly smoked duck loin and Camembert, and minced duck menchi cutlet. For sashimi, enjoy a lavish four-kind assortment of horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture and Iwate duck sashimi. Additional dishes include a duck salad with seasonal vegetables, dashimaki tamago topped with duck soboro and grated daikon sauce, and wrapped fried duck tenderloin, offering a variety of flavors throughout the course. The main dish is duck shabu-shabu made with Kyoto duck loin.
