The Special Duck and Horse Shabu-Shabu Course offers a lavish tasting of carefully selected ingredients, including Kyoto duck, Iwate duck, and horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture. This plan includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. The course begins with an artfully prepared appetizer plate featuring mini monaka filled with duck pâté, instantly smoked duck loin with Camembert, and minced duck meat cutlet. For sashimi, we serve a luxurious assortment of four varieties, including horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture and duck sashimi from Iwate. You can also enjoy a variety of flavors such as a duck salad with seasonal vegetables, rolled omelet with duck soboro and grated daikon sauce, and deep-fried wrapped duck tenderloin. The main dish is duck shabu-shabu made with Kyoto duck loin. Please take your time savoring its refined flavor, which brings out the natural umami of the ingredients, all the way through to your choice of soba or yuzu udon to finish.
