The “Kamo Uma Yaki-Shabu Course” lets you fully savor the appeal of premium ingredients such as Kyoto duck, Iwate duck, and horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture. This plan includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. For appetizers, we offer mini monaka filled with duck pâté, duck loin and Camembert finished with an aromatic instant smoking technique, and minced duck menchi cutlet. For sashimi, enjoy an assortment of horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture, Iwate duck sashimi, and duck prosciutto, each offering its own distinct flavor. In addition, a variety of dishes follows, including a duck salad with seasonal vegetables, rolled omelet topped with duck soboro and grated radish sauce, and grilled Iwate duck with Fukaya green onion. The main dish is yaki-shabu, featuring Kyoto duck loin and Kujo green onion grilled to fragrant perfection.
