We are also happy to accommodate anniversary and birthday celebrations, so please feel free to contact us. The Kitashinchi Course offers both surprise and elegance in equal measure. Beginning with a rich sweet potato potage, the course lets you savor the season through beef carpaccio and our carefully prepared Caesar salad. The highlight is The Kamui 7 〜Color Palette〜. Seven sauces, each crafted to bring out the unique character of each cut, transform the expression of grilled lean cuts ①〜⑤. The meal concludes with beef tongue ragù and winter vegetable pasta, followed by baked apple and panna cotta for a lingering finish. A special dining experience designed to let you enjoy the differences between each cut and the thoughtful composition of flavors. Please relax and enjoy your meal in our calm, Brooklyn-inspired setting. We have prepared a course featuring premium Japanese Black beef and seasonal ingredients, carefully crafted with Western culinary techniques to offer both surprise and refinement.
