About Course Menu
The Miyabi Course is designed for those who want to fully enjoy a hearty yakiniku experience at Kamui. Beginning with kimchi and namul, this course offers a generous selection of meats to compare and enjoy, including grilled beef tongue with green onion, four varieties of lean cuts, and hoba-yaki. In addition to its satisfying volume, the course also includes a seasonal dish, a closing course, and dessert for a thoroughly fulfilling dining experience. Please enjoy a relaxed dining experience in our calm, Brooklyn-inspired setting. We have prepared a course featuring premium Japanese Black wagyu and seasonal ingredients, carefully crafted with Western culinary techniques to offer both refinement and pleasant surprise. Each dish, thoughtfully composed from cooking temperature to presentation, inspires conversation and creates a memorable moment.
