About Course Menu
The Kitashinchi Course offers a simultaneous enjoyment of surprise and elegance. Beginning with a rich chilled pumpkin soup, the seasonal essence unfolds through grilled jumbo mushrooms and a carefully crafted Caesar salad. The centerpiece is The Kamui 7 ～色彩パレット. Seven distinctive sauces, each designed to highlight the character of different cuts, transform the expressions of lean beef selections 1 through 5. The course concludes with a beef tongue and chestnut ragout, leaving a lasting impression with house-made panna cotta. A dining experience designed to savor the differences between cuts and the thoughtful composition of flavor. Please enjoy a relaxing dining experience in our calm, Brooklyn-inspired setting. We offer a course where premium Japanese Black wagyu and seasonal ingredients are carefully prepared using Western culinary techniques, allowing you to enjoy both surprise and refinement at once.
