About Course Menu
The Kitashinchi Course, where surprise and elegance can be enjoyed at once Begin with a rich sweet potato potage, then savor the season through beef carpaccio and our carefully crafted Caesar salad. The highlight is The Kamui 7 〜色彩パレット〜. Seven sauces, each designed to bring out the character of a different cut, transform the expressions of Lean Grill ①〜⑤. Finish with beef tongue ragout and winter vegetable pasta, followed by baked apple and panna cotta for a lingering aftertaste. A course designed to let you enjoy the differences between cuts and the composition of flavors. Please enjoy a relaxed dining experience in our calm, Brooklyn-inspired space. We have prepared a course featuring premium Japanese black beef and seasonal ingredients, carefully crafted with Western culinary techniques to offer both surprise and elegance. From the cooking of each ingredient to the presentation of color, every dish is thoughtfully composed to inspire conversation and create a memorable moment.
