Beginning with kimchi and namul, this course features a variety of meats to compare and savor, including grilled beef tongue with green onions, four kinds of lean grilled meat, and hoba-yaki. Along with its satisfying volume, the course also includes a seasonal dish, a closing course item, and dessert for a truly fulfilling dining experience. Please enjoy a relaxing meal in our calm, Brooklyn-inspired space. We offer a course featuring premium Japanese Black beef and seasonal ingredients, carefully prepared using Western culinary techniques, allowing you to enjoy both originality and elegance.
