Starting with small appetizers, you'll be welcomed by seasonal fish delivered directly from the market. Before enjoying the shabu-shabu, indulge in our restaurant's specialty meat sushi topped with sea urchin. The shabu-shabu features sweet and delicate meat, unique to our specialty Hourai beef shop. We also source our vegetables directly from the market. The conclusion of the meal, Chinese noodles made with a rich, flavorful broth, is an irresistible dish.
