About Course Menu

This short course distills the appeal of Kincho ver.2.0’s theme, “Vegetables × Yakitori,” into a total of 9 dishes. Its light and well-paced composition can be enjoyed comfortably through to the end, making it ideal for guests with smaller appetites. In addition, you may add chicken sashimi or extra skewers to suit your preference, and pair them with a bottle of your choice to create your own unique Single Bottle Journey. This is a highly flexible plan designed for adults, allowing you to customize it freely according to your appetite on the day.

The half-course meal will be served in approximately 60 minutes. (Example) 1. Today's chicken delicacy 2. Tsukune with Saikyo miso 3. Snap peas 4. Chicken breast with Kujo green onion 5. Bourgogne with raclette cheese 6. Chicken wing with white green onion 7. Bonpeta with sudachi 8. Zucchini flower 9. Chicken thigh with shiso and sesame *Please note that the menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients on the day.

Confirmation details

There is no time limit for table use. If there is a subsequent reservation, we will inform you in advance. We prepare each whole chicken one by one. To provide a well-balanced selection, including rare cuts, we kindly ask that reservations be made for parties of 1 to 4 guests. In the event of a same-day cancellation, 100% of the course fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. We also offer Additional dish items that can be added to your course.
