This is a traditional Kansai-style sukiyaki prepared without the use of warishita, using only sugar, soy sauce, and sake. Since we do not use unnecessary seasonings, the umami and maturation of the meat are extremely important. At Komon, we use the finest beef matured through our unique method, and our skilled staff carefully grill it. Please enjoy our meticulously crafted sukiyaki that you cannot experience at home.
