A Greeting from the New Proprietor My name is Chima Koitabashi, and I am honored to take over this restaurant as the fourth-generation proprietor of Kojiya Wagou. Building on my training at Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, I have further broadened my experience at creative dining establishments and French restaurants. With a deep respect for the seasonal sensibilities unique to Japanese cuisine and the refined inspiration of French cooking, I will present distinctive dishes that can only be enjoyed here. I will strive to create a restaurant that will be cherished by everyone for many years to come, and I sincerely appreciate your continued support. To ensure that all guests can enjoy their meals in a მშვიდ and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly limit children's visits to elementary school age and older. (Preschool children are permitted in private rooms only.) For lunch, preschool children are welcome. Nestled quietly in Kojiya, Ota-ku, near Haneda Airport, the gateway to Japan, our Japanese restaurant treasures the beauty of the ever-changing four seasons. While honoring tradition, we offer memorable dishes filled with new ideas and the proprietor’s personal dedication. We offer 11 counter seats, 1 table seating up to 4 guests, and 1 private room accommodating 4 to 6 guests. The counter and table seating are located on the second floor, and the staircase is somewhat steep. Please take care when visiting.
