Sensing another hot summer ahead, we have prepared a nourishing seasonal menu perfect for the season. For summer 2026, our featured ingredient is soft-shelled turtle. Even for first-time guests, Kuroza’s careful preparation brings out a clean yet deeply rich flavor.
