About Course Menu
A course featuring tagged Matsuba crab from Kyotango (Taiza) and Hyogo Prefecture (Shibayama, Hamasaka, Tsuiyama), accompanied by two smaller crabs. We will tailor the course while consulting with guests on their preferred ways to enjoy it. Savor two Matsuba crabs prepared in a variety of styles, including crab sashimi, grilled crab, shabu-shabu, boiled crab, tempura, and fried crab.
