About Course Menu

Our menu is composed primarily of ingredients sourced in Hiroshima, so that you may savor the experience with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, smell, and touch. We would be delighted if you could also sense a sixth sense through the seasonality, tableware, and pairing with wine. ■For guests who wish to change the lobster to Breton lobster, +￥3,000 (Breton lobster) / per person is available. Please feel free to let us know.

Menu

All courses are chef’s choice menus featuring seasonal ingredients. The contents of each course are upgraded according to the price, including the number of dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods. Sample Menu ・6 to 7 appetizers ・2 main dishes featuring lobster and meat ・Rice dish ・Dessert *For the main course, you may choose either Japanese Black Wagyu or the chef’s selection (one choice per table). Please be sure to indicate your preference in the comments section.
