About Course Menu

Centered on ingredients sourced from Hiroshima, we have composed this experience so that you may savor it with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, aroma, and touch. We would be delighted if you could also sense a sixth impression through the feeling of the season, the tableware, and the pairing with wine. ■For guests who would like lobster, ＋￥7,000 (Brittany lobster) / per person ＋￥4,000 (Canadian lobster) / per person ＋￥4,000 (spiny lobster) / per person can be prepared upon request, so please let us know.
