About Course Menu
Our dishes are centered around ingredients sourced from Hiroshima, thoughtfully composed to be enjoyed with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, aroma, and touch. We would also be delighted if you could experience a sixth sense through the feeling of the season, the tableware, and the pairing with wine. ■If you would like to upgrade to Breton lobster from Brittany for the lobster course, +￥3,000 (Breton lobster from Brittany) / per person Please feel free to let us know.

This is a special year-end course available from 12/26（土） to 28（月）. It is a chef’s choice course featuring seasonal ingredients. If you have a wide range of allergies or ingredients you are unable to eat, we may not be able to accommodate all requests, so please note them in the comments section. [Sample Menu] - 6 to 7 appetizers - 2 main dishes: lobster and meat - Rice dish - Dessert For the main dish, you may choose either Japanese Black Wagyu or chef’s choice（per table）. Please be sure to indicate your preference in the comments section.
