About Course Menu
Centered on ingredients sourced in Hiroshima, this course is crafted to be enjoyed with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, aroma, and touch. We would also be delighted if you could experience a sixth sense through the feeling of the season, the tableware, and the harmony with wine. ■For guests who wish to change the lobster to Brittany lobster, an additional ￥3,000 (Brittany lobster) / per person will apply. Please feel free to let us know. ※From 12/17（木）to 21（月）, an 8% service charge will be added. The course price for this plan includes the above service charge.

All courses are chef’s choice menus featuring seasonal ingredients. The contents of each course are upgraded according to the price, including the number of dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods. Sample Menu ・6 to 7 appetizers ・2 main dishes featuring lobster and meat ・Rice dish ・Dessert *For the main course, you may choose either Japanese Black Wagyu or the chef’s selection (one choice per table).
