About Course Menu

Centered on ingredients sourced in Hiroshima, we have crafted this experience to be enjoyed with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, smell, and touch. This is a special year-end course available from 12/26（土） to 28（月）. It is a chef’s choice course featuring seasonal ingredients. If you have allergies or a wide range of ingredients you cannot eat, we may not be able to accommodate all requests, so please be sure to note them in the comments section.
