About Course Menu

Centered around ingredients sourced from Hiroshima, we have composed our dishes to be savored with all five senses: taste, sight, hearing, smell, and touch. We also hope you experience a sixth sense through the seasonal nuances, selection of tableware, and the harmony with wine. ■ If you wish to have lobster, +¥7,000 (Brittany lobster) per person +¥4,000 (Canadian lobster) per person +¥4,000 (Japanese spiny lobster) per person We can prepare it for you upon request.

Menu

All courses are chef's choice courses using seasonal ingredients.
