About Course Menu

Centered on ingredients sourced in Hiroshima, this course is composed to be enjoyed with all five senses: taste, sight, sound, smell, and touch. We would be delighted if you could also sense a sixth dimension through the seasonal atmosphere, the tableware, and the pairing with wine. ■For guests who would like lobster, +￥7,000（Brittany lobster）/per person +￥4,000（Canadian lobster）/per person +￥4,000（spiny lobster）/per person are available upon request. ※12/17（木）～21（月）, an 8% service charge will be added. The course price for this plan includes the above service charge.

Menu

All courses are chef’s choice menus featuring seasonal ingredients. Each course is upgraded in accordance with the price, with differences in the number of dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods. Sample Menu ・6 to 7 appetizers ・2 main dishes featuring fish and meat ・Rice dish ・Dessert *For the main course, you may choose either Japanese Black Wagyu or the chef’s selection (one choice per table). Please be sure to indicate your preference in the comments section.

Confirmation details

Please be sure to write any allergies and your main course choice (Kuroge Wagyu or Chef’s Selection) in the comments section. Please also make sure the choice is the same for each table, as the meat will be grilled in a single block. If allergies are extensive, such as all meat dishes, all seafood, wheat, or dairy products, we may be unable to accommodate them. In such cases, please note that we may contact you even after your reservation has been confirmed.
