We offer dishes that take full advantage of the flavors of not only Japanese ingredients, but also high-quality ingredients used in French, Italian, and Chinese cuisines. Enjoy our grilled dishes cooked with binchotan charcoal, our closing rice dish in the pot, and our drinks such as premium sake, champagne, wine, and our seasonal ice shochu highball made with our proud seasonal fruits in antique dishes from the late Edo to Meiji era. The interior of the restaurant is based on the theme of the Taisho Romanticism, using stained glass and others, and is a grown-ups' hideaway refurbished from a private house. Our counter is made of a single slab with no knots, and a floor heating system made of Onkage stone is installed at your feet. We believe that you can feel our commitment at every point.
