You can enjoy eight kinds of appetizers made with Shinshu ingredients and a mixed rice dish made with Shinshu Daiou Iwana (a type of char). The mixed rice is cooked in a traditional pot using broth made from Iwana bones and is prepared with strong heat from firewood, allowing you to experience its rich flavor.
