About Course Menu
Our recommended course lets you fully enjoy all that Hokkaido has to offer. The sashimi includes seawater sea urchin and botan shrimp. It also features a platter of shellfish especially famous in Hokkaido. Our boiled live hairy crab, prepared fresh from the tank after your order is placed, can of course be shown to you before it is cooked. The Hokkaido Taisetsu salmon, served as a grilled dish, is high-quality salmon simply grilled with salt. The course also includes simmered kinki, one of Hokkaido’s premium branded fish, for complete satisfaction. We have received many favorable comments from our guests. It is suitable for any occasion, including business entertainment, dinners, and meals while traveling. For an additional +3,000 yen, you can add an all-you-can-drink option (1 hour 45 minutes). If you would like this option, please write it in the Request/Comments section. For orders placed after 9:00 PM, the last order time for the all-you-can-drink option will be 10:45 PM. Depending on the availability of live hairy crab, an additional charge may apply to the course price. If there is any difference in the course price, we will contact you by phone in advance.

In the event of cancellation, please cancel by the day before via the cancellation button on your Ikkyu user page. For same-day cancellations, we only accept them by phone, and kindly ask that you contact us by 4:00 PM. Please note: Phone lines open from 2:00 PM. If more than 30 minutes have passed since your reservation time on the day, only the course fee will be charged. (No beverage charges will apply.)
