About Course Menu
To start, we offer silky kuzu-set soy milk, followed by an assortment of six seasonal obanzai appetizers. For the main course, enjoy fragrant, lightly seared domestic wagyu beef. To finish, we serve freshly cooked hagama rice infused with the rich flavor of sea bream and the aroma of savory vegetables. After the meal, savor warabi mochi with brown sugar syrup and roasted soybean flour, and enjoy the lingering elegance of Japanese flavors. This refined Japanese course is also recommended for special dining occasions such as business entertainment, dinners, and anniversaries. Includes a welcome sparkling wine toast!
