About Course Menu
Beginning with a soy milk kuzu set appetizer, this course features exceptional dishes such as an assorted selection of six obanzai and an assorted selection of five kinds of sashimi. For the fried dish, enjoy a flavorful duck loin cutlet, and for the grilled dish, savor fragrant Spanish mackerel yuan-yaki. As the main course, we serve seared domestic wagyu beef. Please fully enjoy the refined umami and savory aroma unique to wagyu. To finish, freshly cooked clay pot rice with crab and mitsuba is prepared to order. After the meal, enjoy a Japanese chestnut mont blanc and indulge in a luxurious dining experience through to the very end.
