About Course Menu

For the appetizer, we offer silky kuzu-set soy milk, and for the starter, an assortment of six kinds of obanzai that reflect the season. As the main dish, we serve fragrantly seared domestic wagyu beef. To finish, freshly cooked hagama rice infused with the rich flavor of sea bream and the aroma of aromatic vegetables is served. After the meal, please enjoy warabi mochi with kuromitsu and kinako, allowing the lingering taste of Japanese flavors to unfold at a leisurely pace.
