About Course Menu

This course is centered on seasonal ingredients, with careful attention paid to aroma, temperature, and lingering finish. While the menu is thoughtfully composed with an emphasis on flow, it also offers the pleasure of choice, allowing guests to select both the appetizer and meat dish from several options according to their mood that day. Beginning with an amuse-bouche and continuing through a small seasonal soup, fish course, meat course, and dessert, each plate brings a light and graceful progression of flavors, creating a dining experience that remains enjoyable through to the very end. Our cuisine places great importance on drawing out the natural appeal of each ingredient. Rather than relying on excessive embellishment, we create a lasting impression through precise cooking, layered aromas, and contrasts in temperature.
