For the Xmas period, we will call you a few days before your reservation date to confirm. A wood-fired restaurant built around the concept of primitive fire cookery, fusing ingredients and food culture from Tottori Prefecture, the hometown of Chef Oshima. We invite you to enjoy our simply prepared dishes, carefully focused on the art of grilling while infused with the aroma of firewood.
