With food education as our theme, we serve regional Italian cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients: pesticide-free vegetables grown in our own garden, line-caught fresh fish delivered directly by fishermen, game delivered directly by hunters, and Japanese Black wagyu. The chef couple personally travels throughout Japan to visit producers and source only the finest ingredients. In addition to traditional Italian wines and cheeses, we offer a wide selection ranging from house-made soft drinks and cocktails to grappa as an after-dinner drink.
