We mainly offer fish caught by our exclusive angler and chef, as well as fresh fish sent directly from the production area, to which the chef and his wife personally go to. Locations include Shirasaki, Toyohama, Himekajima, Fukui Prefecture, Hokkaido, and Mie Prefecture.
