Menu Details Every year, we take great pleasure in creating a Christmas course that is delicious, delightful, and full of pleasant surprises. This menu is available only as our special Christmas course. 〈Zuppa〉 Christmas Special Appetizer 〈Antipasto〉 Carpaccio of Wild-Caught Fresh Fish, Line-Caught by the Chef and Our Dedicated Fisherman 〈Antipasto〉 Christmas Special Appetizer 〈Primo piatto〉 House-Made Ravioli and Tortellini Consommé Soup Prepared Over Three Days Without the Use of Any Seasonings 〈Primo piatto（お選びください）〉 A choice of two varieties is available (additional charge depending on selection) 〈Secondo piatto〉 Fish Dish 〈Secondo piatto（お選びください）〉 Roasted Honshu Venison Loin from Tsushima, Nagasaki or A5 Grade Premium Kuroge Wagyu Beef, Female, Roast（＋1000）〈Formaggio〉 A Holy Night Delight: Carefully Selected Italian Cheeses 〈Dolce〉 Special Christmas Dessert 〈Bevanda（お選びください）〉 After-Dinner Beverage Once a year only, we present exclusive seasonal dishes and wagon service. This is the chef couple’s heartfelt Christmas course. The dining experience takes approximately three and a half hours. Please relax and enjoy a special Christmas meal with your loved ones, as if you were in Italy. As this is a special Christmas course, we are unable to accommodate allergies or ingredient preferences. Guests who are pregnant or have requests regarding the doneness of meat are asked to consult with us in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests on the day, so please call us at the time of booking for confirmation. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your table may be canceled. During the Christmas season, we offer course menus only and cannot accommodate à la carte orders. All guests using a seat are required to order the course menu, including children. All seated guests, including children, are required to order a course meal. A separate order of at least one drink per person is required.

We are committed to placing even greater emphasis on game cuisine!! ●Media Coverage● Broadcast on February 23 Our restaurant was featured on CBC Television’s Chant! Our Hokkaido brown bear steak haché was introduced. Broadcast on January 14 Our restaurant was featured on Nagoya TV (Me~tele)’s Dodesuka! Our roasted wild boar was introduced. Published by Asahiya Publishing in Gibier Guide for Chefs and Gourmets, we were featured as one of 147 game restaurants nationwide. With food education as our theme, we serve regional Italian cuisine crafted from carefully selected ingredients: pesticide-free vegetables grown in our own garden, line-caught fresh fish delivered directly from fishermen, game delivered directly from hunters, and Japanese Black beef. The chef couple personally travels throughout Japan to visit producers and source only the finest ingredients. In addition to traditional Italian wines and cheeses, we also offer a wide selection ranging from house-made soft drinks and cocktails to after-dinner grappa. Please enjoy the welcoming space created by a chef couple who loves Italy and has traveled from northern to central Italy. ※Regarding allergies Even after your online reservation is confirmed, please be sure to contact us by phone regarding allergy accommodations. We are unable to accommodate requests unless we hear from you by phone. Our calls are forwarded, so you can still reach us even on our regular closing days. Our restaurant is operated by just the two of us as a husband-and-wife team. As a result, there may be times when food is served more slowly. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers speedy service, we kindly ask that you consider another establishment. When reservation times overlap, we can only seat guests in order. Thank you for your understanding. For the full-course menus of 8 or 9 dishes, please allow approximately 2.5 hours from the time you are seated, including the time taken for drink orders. If you prefer a quicker dining experience, we recommend visiting right at opening time or selecting a short course.
