Course Details Every year, we take great pleasure in creating a Christmas course menu that is delicious, fun, and full of delightful surprises. If you are pregnant or have requests regarding the doneness of meat, please consult us in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests on the day, so please confirm by phone at the time of booking. If we are unable to contact you and you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your table may be canceled. During the Christmas season, we offer course menus only and are unable to provide à la carte service. All guests using a seat are kindly requested to order a course meal, including children. Including children, all guests using a seat are required to order a course. A separate order of at least one drink per person is required.

We are committed to placing even greater emphasis on game cuisine!! ●Media Coverage● Broadcast on February 23 Our restaurant was featured on CBC Television’s Chant! Our Hokkaido brown bear steak haché was introduced. Broadcast on January 14 Our restaurant was featured on Nagoya TV (Me~tele)’s Dodesuka! Our roasted wild boar was introduced. Published by Asahiya Publishing in Gibier Guide for Chefs and Gourmets, we were featured as one of 147 game restaurants nationwide. With food education as our theme, we serve regional Italian cuisine crafted from carefully selected ingredients: pesticide-free vegetables grown in our own garden, line-caught fresh fish delivered directly from fishermen, game delivered directly from hunters, and Japanese Black beef. The chef couple personally travels throughout Japan to visit producers and source only the finest ingredients. In addition to traditional Italian wines and cheeses, we also offer a wide selection ranging from house-made soft drinks and cocktails to after-dinner grappa. Please enjoy the welcoming space created by a chef couple who loves Italy and has traveled from northern to central Italy. ※Regarding allergies Even after your online reservation is confirmed, please be sure to contact us by phone regarding allergy accommodations. We are unable to accommodate requests unless we hear from you by phone. Our calls are forwarded, so you can still reach us even on our regular closing days. Our restaurant is operated by just the two of us as a husband-and-wife team. As a result, there may be times when food is served more slowly. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers speedy service, we kindly ask that you consider another establishment. When reservation times overlap, we can only seat guests in order. Thank you for your understanding. For the full-course menus of 8 or 9 dishes, please allow approximately 2.5 hours from the time you are seated, including the time taken for drink orders. If you prefer a quicker dining experience, we recommend visiting right at opening time or selecting a short course.
