A weekday-only omakase dinner course, showcasing the chef’s finest creations prepared with seasonal ingredients and the latest cooking techniques. Enjoy French cuisine in a relaxed setting. (10 dishes) ■ The main dish is usually Kagoshima Prefecture’s branded pork, Chamiton. On the day, it can be changed to beef sirloin (+1,400円) or beef fillet (+1,800円). ■ We also offer 6 to 7 varieties of pairing wines, carefully selected by our sommelier to complement today’s course. ※ The number of dishes and menu contents may vary depending on the season. ■ For +500円, we can prepare a message plate.
