A chef’s special weekend and holiday omakase lunch course, crafted with seasonal ingredients and the finest produce, and finished using the latest cooking techniques. On weekends and holidays, the course features beef as the main dish, offering a full French dining experience. ■ The standard main dish is Japanese Black Wagyu sirloin. On the day, you may also change from beef sirloin to beef fillet for an additional +1,000円. ■ Changes to the main dish must be made for the entire group. ■ We also offer 6 to 7 types of pairing wines, carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the day’s course. ※ The number of dishes and menu contents may vary depending on the season. ■ A message plate is available for an additional +500円.
