At estY, we carry the life and time entrusted to us by producers from across Japan onto each plate, through the techniques of French cuisine and the uniquely Japanese sensibility. We weave seasonal ingredients and scenery that can only be encountered on that very day, in that very moment, into a single course. To present the finest ingredients of the day, our menu changes with the seasons and daily sourcing.
