This is a luxurious dinner course where you can enjoy two types of main dishes: "white meat" and "red meat," selected from the chef's proud selection of meats sourced that day. You may also encounter game meat such as pheasant, rabbit, or guinea fowl that you wouldn't find on any other day. Enjoy a course full of encounters and discoveries of the day, where you can also choose your preferred appetizer.

*To ensure our guests can relax and enjoy their time with us, we request approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours from the time of your arrival. If you wish to leave within an hour, please inform us accordingly.
