About Course Menu

A signature course named after our restaurant. Appetizers crafted with carefully selected ingredients delivered from fishing ports in Kyushu and Aomori. Handcrafted pasta made with passion. The main dishes feature A5 grade black wagyu beef and rare shorthorn beef delivered directly from livestock farmers in Iwate, and exquisite game birds from Ibaraki. A plethora of luxurious dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients acquired that day. Words cannot fully describe the experience, so please come and enjoy them for yourself.

◆Business Hours◆ Dinner 17:00~23:00 (Last entry 21:00) Lunch 12:00~15:00 (Reservation only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) ◆Closed Days◆ Monday, and other occasional closures ▶This is a place to enjoy Italian cuisine and wine. ▶A 10% service charge is applied separately. ▶We kindly ask all customers to order a drink for both lunch and dinner. ▶As we are a small establishment with only 12 seats, we may not always be able to fulfill seating requests. For specific seat inquiries, please contact us directly. ▶We regret to inform you that children who cannot enjoy course meals are asked not to accompany you. ▶Since this is a wine-focused restaurant, please refrain from wearing excessively strong perfumes or fabric softeners. Entry may be denied in some cases. ▶If your reservation time has passed and we cannot contact you, we may have no choice but to treat it as a cancellation. ▶We do not provide or allow the bringing in of cakes. ▶We do not have parking available.
