About Course Menu

A signature course named after our restaurant. Appetizers featuring select ingredients sourced from fishing ports in Kyushu and Aomori. Our meticulously crafted handmade pasta. For the main course, we offer A5-ranked Wagyu beef and the rare Shorthorn cattle delivered direct from a livestock farmer in Iwate, as well as Guinea fowl from Ibaraki. Indulge in a variety of luxurious dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients sourced fresh on the day. Words cannot describe the experience, so please enjoy it for yourself.

◆Business Hours◆ Dinner 17:00~23:00 (Last entry 21:00) Lunch 12:00~15:00 (Reservation only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) ◆Closed Days◆ Monday, and other occasional closures ▶This is a place to enjoy Italian cuisine and wine. ▶A 10% service charge is applied separately. ▶We kindly ask all customers to order a drink for both lunch and dinner. ▶As we are a small establishment with only 12 seats, we may not always be able to fulfill seating requests. For specific seat inquiries, please contact us directly. ▶We regret to inform you that children who cannot enjoy course meals are asked not to accompany you. ▶Since this is a wine-focused restaurant, please refrain from wearing excessively strong perfumes or fabric softeners. Entry may be denied in some cases. ▶If your reservation time has passed and we cannot contact you, we may have no choice but to treat it as a cancellation. ▶We do not provide or allow the bringing in of cakes. ▶We do not have parking available.
