This is a limited-time course (10/19–12/18) featuring game at its seasonal peak from autumn to winter as the main dish. Please choose your preferred game for the main course from the options below and inform us when making your reservation. We kindly ask that all guests in the same group select the same option. Available game as of October 2026: 1. Ezo venison from Eastern Daisetsu (Ezo deer raised in the Daisetsuzan mountain range, featuring finely textured and tender red meat.) 2. Pigeon ramier from Scotland (Wild wood pigeon, offering a rich red-meat flavor with a delicate gamy character.) 3. Grouse from Scotland +2,000円 (A distinctive bird with a deep aroma and robust flavor.) Course includes: Amuse-bouche, 2 appetizers, fish dish, game dish, dessert Please note: The requested game may not be available depending on market availability.
