[Limited Christmas Dinner Course: 12/19–27] A special course available only during this season, created by Chef Nojima, featuring visually stunning presentation and carefully crafted textures. Enjoy luxurious ingredients including foie gras, caviar, lobster, and premium branded beef. We warmly invite you to savor this special Christmas course. ※ On the 24th and 25th, reservations will be offered in the following two seating times: [First Seating] Arrival between 17:00–17:30 / Departure at 19:30 [Second Seating] Arrival between 20:30–21:00 / Departure at 23:00

[Amuse] A small dish featuring four ingredients: horse meat, foie gras, lobster, and mushrooms. [Appetizer] Tartare of crab and swordtip squid with pesticide-free pumpkin mousse from Zawa Farm in Hokkaido, accented with ground cherry. [Appetizer] Marinated Yasio trout from Tochigi Prefecture and scallops with a sauce of salmon roe and caviar. [Fish Dish] Baked flounder and abalone en croute with yuzu cream sauce. [Main Dish] Roast beef of domestic black Wagyu Aitchbone with sauce Périgueux. [Dessert] White Christmas 2025. [After Meal] Red herbal tea.
