Our restaurant offers course meals that use seasonal ingredients unique to Shinshu, reflecting the region's rich nature. We source fresh vegetables, wild plants, mushrooms, rice, wheat, beans, honey, fruits, nuts, oils, river fish, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, game meats, fertilized eggs, fresh cow milk, cheese, herbs, and more—directly from local farmers. We also offer high-quality beverages, including specially selected wines and local sake from Nagano Prefecture, to complement your dishes.
