About Course Menu

Our popular summer tradition, the Beer Hall, returns again this year at Rivière with a special plan featuring cuisine unique to a hotel restaurant. From appetizers to fish and meat dishes, the chef’s signature selections are served in large sharing platters. Enjoy a special time with family, friends, or colleagues together with 90 minutes of free-flow drinks. This year’s all-you-can-drink lineup includes draft beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Whether you drink alcohol or not, everyone can raise a glass in their own style. This limited summer plan is available during both lunch and dinner hours.
