A one-of-a-kind course personally crafted by Chef Higashizawa, who brings over 20 years of refinement in Chinese cuisine, sommelier certification, award-winning competition experience, and extensive on-site research in China, created through dialogue with each guest. - Requests for preferred ingredients or dishes you would like to try - Anniversary and celebration plate arrangements - Pairing requests (wine pairing / Chinese tea and Japanese tea pairing, etc.) This is a special fully bespoke course, tailored from scratch after hearing your preferences and requests in advance. After your reservation, we will contact you by phone or email for a preliminary consultation.
