The course includes eight dishes: an appetizer, hors d'oeuvre, sashimi made with seasonal ingredients, Santaro's specialty tempura, grilled premium Japanese black beef, meticulously prepared simmered dishes, a flavorful closing dish, and dessert reflecting the season.
