We finish our tempura in a light batter to enhance the flavors of carefully selected ingredients and fried at the optimal temperature for each item. Enjoy each piece at our immersive counter seating. Our Masamune course is the basic course that includes rolled shrimp, conger eel, cuttlefish, seasonal vegetables, and popular tencha or tendon utilizing kakiage at the end of the course.

You can savor each piece of tempura at our lively counter seating, as we finish them with a light coating to bring out the flavors of carefully selected ingredients, frying each item at the optimal temperature. The Masamune Course is our basic offering, featuring popular choices like roll shrimp, conger eel, bigfin reef squid, seasonal vegetables, and, at the end of the course, the option of a tempura tea rice bowl or tempura bowl made with crispy kakiage.
