About Course Menu

Includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink! This slightly luxurious course can be enjoyed at a relaxed pace in a calm and comfortable setting. Beginning with deep-fried sesame tofu, the menu features dishes that blend gentle flavors with a sense of occasion, including chawanmushi infused with the aroma of foie gras and truffle. The sashimi selection presents four varieties of seasonal fish of the day, while the grilled course showcases seasonal fish, large shiitake mushrooms, and Daisen chicken, expertly prepared over a robata grill using the finest Kishu Binchotan charcoal. Our signature oden is delicately infused with the rich umami of broth extracted from five ingredients: flying fish, horse mackerel, sardine, mackerel, and kelp. To finish, enjoy kettle-cooked rice made with Hida, Gifu’s Ryunohitomi rice, served with accompaniments and red miso soup. The meal concludes refreshingly with a seasonal dessert.
