About Course Menu

Matsutake mushrooms have arrived early. Please fully enjoy this seasonal delicacy through a variety of preparations, including clear soup, fried dishes, and rice courses. Also featured are seasonal sashimi and matsutake suki-ni, which pairs beautifully with Japanese Black wagyu. We are pleased to present a carefully selected, slightly luxurious assortment of ingredients from Japan’s mountains and seas. Quantities of ingredients are limited, so we recommend making your reservation early. Due to ingredient availability and preparation requirements, please make reservations at least 3 days in advance.
