Sushi Tetsu exclusively uses natural seafood. We capture the true essence of Edomae sushi, whether it is serving fresh fish as it is, aging it, or marinating it, highlighting the charm of each fish through meticulous techniques. We offer two types of sushi rice: red and white, skillfully selecting the appropriate one to complement the fish. For instance, red sushi rice is paired with rich and flavorful fish, while white sushi rice complements lighter and simpler ones. Additionally, our seasonal sake selection is another highlight. Enjoy a leisurely time with fresh sushi and delicious sake.

[Omakase Course] A course where you can enjoy appetizers such as sashimi and grilled dishes, along with 10 pieces of sushi.

Sushi Tetsu specializes in natural seafood only. Fresh fish is either used as is, aged, or cured, capturing the essence of Edo-style sushi to bring out the maximum appeal of the fish with meticulous craftsmanship. Additionally, two types of sushi rice are prepared. For instance, rich and flavorful toppings are paired with red rice, while light and delicate toppings are matched with white rice, ensuring harmony with the toppings. Another attraction is the lineup of Japanese sake that changes with the seasons. Enjoy a relaxing time with fresh sushi and delicious sake.
