About Course Menu
Sushi Tetsu specializes in natural seafood. Whether using fresh fish directly as toppings, aging, or curing them, we follow the Edo-mae tradition to bring out the fish's maximum appeal with meticulous techniques. Additionally, we offer two types of sushi rice. For instance, richer, more flavorful toppings are paired with red-shari, while light, delicate toppings are complemented by white-shari, depending on the ingredient. Another highlight is our selection of Japanese sake, which varies with the seasons. Enjoy a leisurely time with fresh sushi and delicious sake.
