~Sample Menu~ ※January 10~ ■Appetizer ■Assorted Sashimi 3 kinds ■10-piece Tempura Selection Shrimp, white fish, abalone, pike conger with plum sauce Camembert cheese and blueberries Fresh lotus root, corn, asparagus, sweet potato Fig with butter ■Palate Cleanser Japanese Black Wagyu Steak Salad Matsutake mushroom soup in a dobin teapot can also be prepared in place of the Wagyu steak. Please let us know at the time of reservation and we will be happy to arrange it. ■Choice of Rice Dish Sarashina soba, tempura rice bowl with kakiage, or tempura tea rice with kakiage For an additional charge, the rice dish can be changed to corn kamameshi. 500 yen per person, available for a minimum of two guests. The total for two guests is 1000 yen. As it takes 30 to 40 minutes to cook, we would appreciate it if you could request this change at the time of reservation. ■Dessert Matcha ice cream or peach We can prepare a cake for birthday celebrations. Shortcake is available for an additional charge from 850 yen. Guests with birthdays in March or April will receive the cake at half price, 425 yen. A celebratory message plate can also be included, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us with the details at least 2 days in advance. Whole cakes are also available for groups of 4 to 5 guests or more. Additional charges start from 4000 yen.
