[Balena] Featured in the 2015 Michelin Guide Shonan, the chef, who is passionate about regional cuisines of Sicily and Naples, is conscious of creating simple, richly flavored dishes that make you want to eat more. In the restaurant's calm and relaxing atmosphere, high-quality ingredients and seasoning are carefully selected. This Italian restaurant is famous for its signature deep-fried pizza, Chigasaki beef that is rich in flavor yet not greasy, and dishes made with fresh fish caught in Sagami Bay.
